The materials I used are three pieces of
rope, and two pieces of fabric. The technique used to braid the rope
is to tie a knot at one end and then take the right rope and put it in the
middle.
Then I took the left rope and put it in the middle and repeated it. When I
finished I tied a knot at the end.
I did not like this project because I poked myself with a needle when I was
sewing….
I did like the project because when I figured out the right way to sew, it was
fun.
“Corvette Flags”
I used
different colored papers. The technique I used for the “Corvette Flags” is
folding black paper a certain way
and cutting a square so it cuts a bunch of squares. It has black and white
squares for the flags with
an exploding yellowand red background. I liked it because I’ve never done
anything like it before.
