The materials I used were cardboard, tape,
newspaper, wooden blocks, and paint.
I got the idea of making a hat from a picture I had seen.
This artwork is important to me because I worked many weeks building it, paper
mache’ing it, and painting it.
Bird High
I made Bird High out of oil pastels. I got
the idea from a Ranger Rick magazine.
I liked the idea of drawing an animal and I thought of the artist Georgia
O’Keeffe. She zooms in on flowers.
