"Dr. Super"

Dr. Super is a surgeon.  His goal is to help as many people that need medical help as possible.  His powers include surgery at the speed of light, so that he can help many people; super fast flying so he can get to surgeries faster; the best hand-eye coordination in the world for super fast surgeries. He can regenerate his tools if he loses them or breaks them.  And what’s a super hero without super strength for those emergencies on the way home from “work?”
