"The Birdhouse " 

A person was in an MRI machine. A blackbird came into the room and pecked at the controls. The bird exploded the machine and was morphed with the patient. The bird got half fried, so he was half skeleton, and the patient had skeletal bird legs. The patient was wearing a Birdhouse shirt, so he just called himself Birdhouse.
