"Dr. CM"

Dr. CM is a dog, rat, cat and mouse put together.  The dog has x-ray vision, the rat can fly, the cat can become invisible and the mouse can capture people by just grabbing them.  His evil nemesis is the Evil Eel.  His friend is Urchin Dude.  The dog uses his powers if he smells something and it’s on the other side of the wall.  The rat uses his powers if a villain is in the sky.  The cat uses his powers to attack a villain from behind without being seen.  The mouse uses his powers by securing the bad guy so he can’t get loose.
