Welcome to the Berkeley Help Desk website. This site is intended to provide quick access to support for the laptop program. This site will expand as the Anytime, Anywhere Learning program matures and as new issues arise in the future concerning laptop hardware and/or software.

The Help Desk is located in Room 61 and is run by Mr. Naclerio. Mr. Pappas (Upper Division Technology Coordinator) and Mrs. Callahan (Middle Division Technology Coordinator) offices' are located in Room 60.

Have a technology question? Ask the Help Desk. This email account is checked often by S.W.A.T. members. If they are unable to answer your question, it will be forwarded to Mr. Naclerio
