  • Career Panels

Interested in providing real-world perspective for students as they prepare for college and consider different careers? The Alumni Association in conjunction with the Student Alumni Relations Committee (SARC) annually presents a series of Career Panel Luncheons for Upper Division students interested in different industries. Past career panels have included law, engineering, technology, liberal arts, medicine, media and design, non-profit, real estate development, business and science.
  • Alumni Class Reps

Are you interested in serving as “a connector” within your class? To learn more about this important way to serve your class, please contact Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement Renee Smith at smithren@berkeleyprep.org
  • Berkeley Open Golf Tournament

Raising thousands of dollars for student scholarships, this annual golf tournament is held at Westchase Golf Club and is sold out each year. Our whole hardworking committee raised a record breaking $94,000 for our Alumni Scholarship Fund this past year. This fund provides five fully endowed scholarships for highly qualified, full need Upper Division students. All of the proceeds from the tournament are added to our endowed scholarship fund. We are currently building our sixth scholarship. To date, 24 alumni have received their Berkeley educations through these scholarships.
  • College Day

Young alumni, all current college students, return to Berkeley each January to volunteer for the College Day Program. They offer members of the senior class an “insider’s perspective” on college life in a series of panel presentations that cover a wide range of topics from adjusting to college (the myth vs. the reality) to very practical tips on laundry and food. Following the morning panels, alumni and seniors continue their conversations informally over lunch on campus.
Founded in 1960, Berkeley is an independent, Episcopal, college-preparatory day school located in Tampa, FL, for boys and girls in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12. Approximately 1,400 students gather here from the greater Tampa Bay area to form ONE Berkeley.
