Since instructional technology is playing a vital role during our period of remote learning, we are extending our Help Desk support hours. The new hours will run from 7:45 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

During regular business hours, 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM, you can reach Berkeley’s Help Desk by calling the school’s main line 813-885-1673 and asking for the Help Desk. Between the hours of 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, you can reach the Help Desk by pressing 7 anytime during the greeting message. You may also simply email helpdesk@berkeleyprep.org.

In the event that you need a loaner computer, please contact the Technology Center for an appointment. They will arrange for someone to meet you with a loaner and instructions and to collect your computer needing repair. They will email you when your computer has been repaired.
