Girls Basketball: Beth Lauteria

Coach Beth Lauteria joined the Berkeley staff in 2017 as head girls’ varsity basketball coach. In her first season, Coach Lauteria guided the team to a 15-8 record and finished fourth in the District. As a coach her focus is to educate girls on the fundamentals of the game and to teach all players that through discipline, an unstoppable work ethic, and a passion for the game, dreams of playing at any level they choose are possible. Coach Lauteria is a graduate of Glenville State College, Division II, where she finished her basketball career with over 1,000 points and was ranked 7th in the nation for three-point scoring per game. Her team won a conference championship in 2011.

Founded in 1960, Berkeley is an independent, Episcopal, college-preparatory day school located in Tampa, FL, for boys and girls in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12. Approximately 1,400 students gather here from the greater Tampa Bay area to form ONE Berkeley.
