TC Results

The Varsity Boys Basketball team ended the season with a 20-9 record after losing to Tampa Catholic 64-52 in the Regional Championship. The Bucs got off to a great start handling pressure which resulted in making open shots and playing solid defense. At the end of the 1st quarter the Bucs led 21-10. In the 2nd quarter, the team was faced with some foul trouble and TC was able to chip away at the lead. The Bucs held on to take a one point lead into the half. After a decent start to begin the 2nd half the Bucs began to struggle with the defensive pressure from TC which resulted in easy baskets for the Crusaders. TC carried a six point lead going into the last quarter and after making free throws down the stretch held on for the win. The Bucs represented themselves well throughout the entire game, playing with great passion and determination.
