Improve the physical and technological infrastructure of the campus such that it provides the best possible teaching and learning environment for the Berkeley school community.
- Fund and construct the Arts & Sciences building; design the Early Childhood Center; and develop a funding plan to construct the Early Childhood Center and remaining phases of the Board-approved Master Plan.
- Periodically analyze and, as appropriate, evolve the current Master Plan to keep up with latest trends and the school’s current and anticipated future needs.
- Maintain a technological infrastructure that supports a nimble and leading-edge curriculum.
- Consider entering into a long-range Technology Master Planning process to ensure governance oversight of suggestions for significant change to the current course.
