Steinbrenner Results

The Varsity Boys & Girls Golf teams took to the links in very steamy conditions at the Eagles Golf Club-Lakes Course versus Steinbrenner High School.
The girls played the back 9 of the course with tough course conditions and the heat to match, to fall short against Steinbrenner 175-190. Leading the way for the girls was 9th grader Kavya Ajjarapu who finished with a score of 41. Junior Captain Audrey Adler played to a score of 49, Junior Captain Justyce Barber had a round of 50 along with Sophomore Amanda Bradley who completed her day with a total of 50. Seventh grader Emma Yu finished with a 59 and Sophomore Ava Hajjar played to a score of 60.
The boys fell 171-179 with the heat, humidity and course conditions tough to handle. Ninth grade Captain Alex Ogle scored a round of 41, 7th grader Ronav Benak came in with a total of 44, Senior Captain Nick Hajjar along with 9th grader Logan Wang finish the course with scores of 47, Birthday Boy Senior Captain Andrew Mack celebrated his 18th birthday with a score of 50 and wrapping up the team score for the day was 9th grader Dylan Geller who finished with a score of 52.
