Corbett Results

The MD White Volleyball team improved their record to 3-0 with yet another three game thriller on Friday afternoon against Corbett Prep. The first game saw the Bucs tied midway through the match until Anna Careccia came around to serve. Our 6th grade captain rattled off 14 straight points to win 25-12 and shut down any chances Corbett may have had in the game. In the second game, the Bucs showed an improved effort from our newcomers, but fell 11-25. This led to another third game showdown that the spirited Bucs won 17-15 with Lane Augusta confidently serving the last three points with the game on the line. Great win, Ladies!
