Tampa Prep Results

The Varsity Swimming & Diving team finished up their dual meet season on Thursday night against Tampa Prep. The Lady Bucs finished up their season with a 212-93 win to push their record to 5-3. The Bucs won every swimming event on the evening including all three relays. The 200 Medley and 400 Freestyle Relays (Bishop, E. Easton, Arcila and Holmes) opened and closed the night with wins. The 200 Freestyle Relay of (Cecil, P. Easton, Nicker and Paggio) also paced the field. The Bucs double event winners were Mabry Bishop (100Fly and 500Free) and Allison Holmes (200IM and 100Breast). Also winning individual events were Isabela Arcila (200Free) Audrey Cecil (50Free) Elliot Easton (100 Free) and Molly Maguire (100Back). The boys were just as dominant winning the meet 211-98 to finish up the season 5-3, also winning every swimming event on the evening. The boys won the 200 Medley Relay (Showalter, Dieffenthaller, Ingerick and Roberton) the 400 Free Relay (Ingerick, Roberton, Des Rosier and Dieffenthaller) and the 200 Free Relay (Showalter, Johnson, Des Rosier and Deady). On the individual side of the meet the Bucs were led by double event winners Tyler Roberton (200Free and 100Fly) and Logan Ingerick (200IM and 100Free). Also winning individual events were Johnson (50Free), Deady 100 (Back) and Dieffenthaller (100Breast). The Bucs will return to competition at Districts on October 25th.
