Springstead Results

The Varsity Boys Basketball team moves to an 8-3 record after defeating Springstead HS 46-37. The Buccaneers came out and had a solid 1^st quarter to open the game being patient but efficient on offense. The team struggled to score in the 2^nd quarter, allowing Springstead to build a six point lead going into the half. The Bucs offense got back on track in the 3^rd quarter with the team scoring in a variety of ways, which allowed the team to go into the last quarter with a seven point lead. The Bucs continued to play in the final period with CJ Hawkins and George Kimble making winning plays down the stretch. Evan Hellman also was able to contribute during key moments during the 2^nd half. CJ Hawkins led the team with 18 points, while George Kimble added 16.
