Berkeley Seniors Garner An Impressive Number of Early College Admissions

As the Berkeley Preparatory School Class of 2023 settles in for their final semester in Upper Division, an impressive 138 seniors—89% of the class—have already been admitted by at least one college or university. These admittances are a combination of early decisions, early action, and rolling admissions decisions ahead of the regular college decision period that typically takes place throughout March.

“We are so proud of our seniors. They have worked so hard, and it’s wonderful to see many of them receiving great news this early in the process,” says Kemp Hoversten, Co-Director of College Counseling and Associate Upper Division Director. By any measure, this news exemplifies the positive outcome of a Berkeley education backed by the knowledge and experience of some of the best college counseling professionals anywhere.

The schools to which the Class of 2023 has already been admitted are impressive and rank among the best in the country.
