Seniors Get “Inside Scoop” from Alumni About College Life

The Class of 2013 welcomed 29 Berkeley alumni on campus today for College Day, an annual Berkeley event where young alumni speak with seniors to help them prepare for the exciting transition from Berkeley to college. Alumni were greeted by Headmaster Seivold before leading discussions with seniors on choosing college classes and majors, living with roommates, doing laundry, getting involved in extracurricular activities, and adjusting to being away from family.

After the lively panel discussions, seniors and alums mingled and enjoyed lunch where they shared lots of laughs and memories. Many of our youngest alumni also returned to catch up over lunch. Thank you to our alumni panelists for sharing college experiences with the senior class. It was great to see everyone, and the alumni support helped make College Day a fun and educational experience for the Class of 2013!
