Rising Sixth Graders Prepare for Middle Division with ACES

For three weeks this summer, rising sixth grade students got a preview of life in Middle Division through our Accelerated Competitive Educational Studies (ACES) program. Led by Berkeley faculty, they practiced essential study strategies, explored advanced topics across a variety of subjects, and experienced the pace, rigor, and routines of Middle Division. The students also bonded with their peers through exciting team challenges and collaborative group projects. Now, they’re ready to start the school year with confidence!
