As per its by-laws, Berkeley Preparatory School is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board takes responsibility for the strategic direction of the school, provides fiduciary oversight, and hires, supports, and evaluates its one employee—the Head of School. The Board is led by a Chair and three officers (Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary) and has five standing committees.
