Scott Fink Speaks to Lasher Business Students

The Lasher Business Institute was honored to have Scott Fink close out the final Monday night of this fall’s Entrepreneurship Symposium. Mr. Fink spoke about the habits and mindset that fuel long-term success—encouraging students to challenge themselves, move beyond their comfort zones, and approach every day with courage, resilience, energy, effort, and discipline. He emphasized that success is not a single finish line but a continuous journey built on meaningful relationships, optimism, and consistent hard work. His message to students was simple and powerful: the future begins with the choices you make today.

Scott Fink is the founder of Fink Auto Group and President and CEO of Subaru and Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel. A respected business leader and philanthropist, he chairs the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation, previously led Berkeley’s Board of Trustees, and is a committed supporter of business and finance education at Berkeley.
