Lynnette Clinton Shares Lessons on Crisis Leadership and Non-Linear Careers

Lynnette Clinton, Chief Information Officer of BayCare Health System, recently spoke to the Lasher Business Institute’s Monday night Business Leadership Symposium, sharing lessons from her career journey and the realities of leading through crisis, including BayCare’s response to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. BayCare Health System is West Central Florida’s largest not-for-profit academic health system, operating 16 hospitals and more than 370 ambulatory facilities with over 34,000 team members. Lynnette encouraged students to embrace opportunities early in their careers and remain flexible in their thinking, reminding them that career development is not always linear and that staying open to new possibilities can create pathways they may not have initially envisioned.
