Three Berkeley Students Named All-State Musicians

Berkeley was well represented at the Florida Music Education Association’s Professional Development Conference and All-State Concerts at the Tampa Convention Center. Sunshine Haedike ’26 sang as part of the All-State High School Concert Chorus, Violinist Jianlin Chen ’27 performed with the ninth and tenth grade All-State Concert Orchestra, and cellist Ethan Yang ’25 (pictured) performed with the eleventh and twelfth grade All-State Symphony Orchestra. All three students were selected for this prestigious opportunity after a rigorous audition process in the fall. Additionally, Brian Panetta, Director of Bands, presented his research to peers while attending the conference.
