Eight Berkeley Student-Athletes Sign National Letters of Intent
“Today is a special day as many student-athletes across the country sign their National Letters of Intent. Currently, Berkeley has 41 alumni participating in varsity collegiate athletics. Today, eight more Berkeley student-athletes make that commitment: Gray Aloian, Elle Chancey, Ryan Franzese, Nick Kavouklis, Ben Novello, Charlie Pennington, McKenzie Ward, and Julia Weber,” said Bobby Reinhart, Athletic Director and Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach. “All eight have proudly donned the Buccaneer uniform and represented Berkeley Athletics with distinction. Each has also proven that athletic excellence can co-exist with exemplary performance in the classroom. Congratulations to you all – we are so proud of you.”
National Signing Day has become an annual tradition at Berkeley honoring the hard work and dedication of our senior Buccaneers who will continue their academic and athletic endeavors at some of the country’s top colleges and universities.
