2024 Scholastic Art & Writing Award Winners

Congratulations to the over 60 Berkeley student regional winners in the 2024 Scholastic Art & Writing Award competition! Founded in 1923 and presented by the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, this competition is the longest-running and most prestigious recognition program for creative teens in the United States.
 
In the arts, Berkeley has winners in 12 categories: Art Portfolio, Ceramics & Glass, Comic Art, Design, Digital Art, Drawing & Illustration, Expanded Projects, Film & Animation, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, and Sculpture. In writing, we had winners across four categories: Personal Essay & Memoir, Poetry, Journalism, and Critical Essay.

Founded in 1960, Berkeley is an independent, Episcopal, college-preparatory day school located in Tampa, FL, for boys and girls in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12. Approximately 1,400 students gather here from the greater Tampa Bay area to form ONE Berkeley.
